Riyadh – Mubasher: The shareholders of Aldrees Petroleum and Transport Services Company have nodded to distribute cash dividends equivalent to 15% of the company's capital.

The cash dividends will be distributed over 60 million shares at SAR 1.5 per share, aggregating at an amount of SAR 90 million, according to the company's statement on Wednesday.

The dividends will be paid out starting from 12 May 2020.

It is noteworthy to mention that in 2019, the company's net profits jumped by around 336% to SAR 291.7 million, compared to SAR 66.9 million in 2018.
